    2013 Corolla Crap Car!

Installing studded winter tires only on the front of a vehicle is very, very dangerous. What happens is in inclement/snowy/slippery weather conditions, the vehicle grips the road better in the front than in the rear. Because of this what can happen when going around turns or down hills is the...

    Headlight Assembly, Stock or Aftermerket?

Very well said. To add another thought to this, if HID headlights are installed and an oncoming driver is blinded by them, crashed and gets seriously hurt, (or worse), the driver of the car with the HID headlights is legally liable for what happened. That could end up with a law suit...

1999 Corolla CE - Vibration When Braking

Don't change anything. Diagnose. You wont be throwing perfectly good parts in the trash, (along with your money!), when you diagnose instead of replace. Diagnose the cause of the problem, only then replace parts.

    Where to Get Remanufactured Parts

Has the air conditioning compressor been diagnosed as the problem? If not, it needs to be, because any time an air conditioning system is opened for repairs, it's almost always $800-$1,000 when all is said and done.

    Brake Pedal Fading

That's a classic symptom of the brake master cylinder failing, which can lead to no brakes at all and a crash. Very dangerous. For anyone to tell you that the brake pedal is supposed to go all the way to the firewall, they are either lying to you, are incompetent buffoons, or both.

2009 - Anyone Have This Problem?

Keep in mind, an extended warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear items such as spark plugs, brakes, belts, hoses, tires, struts/shocks, filters, etc.

2009 - Anyone Have This Problem?

Is it still under warranty? The elapsed time and mileage aren't very much. If you're not sure, contact your local Toyota dealers Service Department and provide them the VIN identification number and they can look it up for you.

    What Wheel Size?

The bigger the wheel, the worse the ride, the more energy from road impacts is sent to all the suspension components and also the wheel itself, increasing the likelihood of a bent wheel. Also, the bigger the wheel, the more weight, reducing the vehicles acceleration, handling and fuel economy...

    Intermittent Start

Even paying a professional automotive technician to correctly diagnose a car usually costs far less than the replacing parts routine and tossing perfectly good parts in the trash. That is a pure waste of money. The discount auto parts stores love it when people do this. I can't imagine why. :D...

    Coolant Replacement

Welcome to the forum! :) You are very wise to ask questions. You'll always find someone here who's willing to help you out. A loose oil cap would have nothing to do with the serpentine belt. Anyone who would suggest this has questionable automotive knowledge. Typically serpentine belts...
