    1983 - Back Seat

One way you can find out if later model seats will fit is by going to a junkyard and comparing the seats and how they bolt down, etc. You'll have to spend some time and turn some wrenches, but you'll be able to find out for sure. Good luck with it! :)

    New To The Site

Hi Matt. This was a topic of discussion here just recently, as to why some posts don't get answered. For whatever reason, there are a fairly high percentage of people who sign on here as a member, ask one question regarding a vehicle problem and then the forum members answer that question...

    Window Tinting

Window tint laws are not up to the officers discretion. There are specific percentages of tint that are legal and you can get an expensive ticket for windows that have too dark a tint. This is not about the authorities being party-poopers or anything like that. With the picture above...

How Often Do You Change Your Oil?

I change my AMSOIL synthetic motor oil every 25,000 miles or one year, whichever comes first. This saves me a ton of money and time/hassle with unnecessary oil changes. :)

    Corolla Fuel Efficiency

There are many problems with ethanol E85 fuel. It attacks and degrades the engine oil so aggressively that oil drain intervals must be cut in half, doubling oil change costs and all the environmental problems that causes as well. E85 also can attack and deteriorate fuel lines, gaskets and...

    Aftermarket Seat Protection

If the dye from your pants is getting into the seats, that also means it's getting into your skin and bloodstream. I suggest seeking out better quality pants that don't have the dye so easily bleeding from the pants.

    Jay's 2011 Toyota Corolla

Welcome to the forum! Nice car! :) The oiled, wet cotton gauze air filters do present some problems. If you hold them up to a strong light, you can see beams of light through the filtration media. If you can see beams of light, this can also mean dirt can flow through those holes. Also...

    2012 Corolla - Hello

Rather impossible to diagnose online, especially after a crash that could have affected who knows what.

    2006 Corolla LE Issues

New car warranties come with the car. It doesn't matter where you bought it. With only 62,000 miles, I'd be willing to bet there are many items that are still covered under warranty, including oil leaks as that is a drivetrain issue. You may be able to get the purchase price of the catalyctic...

    2006 Corolla LE Issues

KMoore715 - So how about it? What did the Toyota dealer say about the warranty on the catalyctic converter? Have you checked with CarFax to see if this is a flood car?

    2006 Corolla LE Issues

I've never heard of any Toyota being a lemon and I've been in the automotive repair/maintenance and synthetic oil industry for close to 30 years now. It might be more likely a dishonest auto center, or a flood car, which is a nightmare!

    Hey guys!

Welcome aboard! :) Automatics are great and I've read the technology in modern automatic transmissions now even provides superior fuel economy to a standard transmission.
