You should be able to retain the factory ones with the proper wiring harness.

It’s because you have a keyed ignition. The shutoff is only on push button start vehicles.

Welcome to the forum though. There's a lot of little things you can do. I think the most noticeable difference is the "Pedal Commander" which controls the acceleration better than the car does itself stock. That's really about it from the research I've done if you want to keep your warranty.

If you're wanting power, you may want to trade it back in. haha

They worked when I got the car. Now all of the sudden they don’t. I’ve tried everything I can think of. All I get is grey and a small sliver of the picture in the corner. Any suggestions? Using an iPhone 8 Plus.

Update: Thanks for the help guys. Searched 100s of threads and any pictures I could possibly find and ended up ordering the TRDs. I scored them for $226 which was cheaper than the Eibachs so I figured I might as well take the deal and run with it.

The 2015 S I had I never did notice a way to do that.

That depends if you have a key or push to start. I don’t think there’s a takeover for PTS vehicles. Mine definitely doesn’t. It shuts off as soon as the door opens.

Thank you for an excellent post. I’m leaning towards the eibach springs. Seems like they sit lower than the TRDs according to some posts I’ve seen. Just wish I could find more pictures of them.
