I have a 2005 XRS with a 6 speed. Just replaced driver's side CV axle. Axle failed and shot out the side of the shaft and put a hole in the side of trans case. The hole is about as big as a deck of cards. My question is, has this happened to anybody else? If so, what repairs did you do...
